• Preventive AC Maintenance

Our Maintenance Department changes air filters four times a year and clears AC drain lines during each visit. This proactive care helps prevent system backups due to sludge buildup, reducing the risk of failure.

• General Repairs 

We provide basic handyman services such as changing light bulbs, fixing door locks, unclogging sinks, and troubleshooting appliances. If an external vendor is required, our team will coordinate on your behalf.

• Resort Property Maintenance

Our Maintenance team is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and repair of all resort-wide facilities and infrastructure.

 

• Scheduled Home Cleaning (requires one-week notice for availability)
• Tidy Service: Sweeping and mopping of all floors, and cleaning bathrooms and the kitchen (laundry not included).
• Arrival Clean: Includes Tidy Service plus setting the A/C to the specified temperature, opening curtains, and turning on the water and hot water heater.
• Departure Clean: Includes laundry (if needed), cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, turning off the water and hot water heater (if required).

• Event Planning Assistance – Whether you're hosting a wedding, family reunion, corporate retreat, or private celebration, our Sales and Events team is here to help you plan every detail to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.

• Catering Coordination of catering services from Rum Bay, including customized menus for events of all sizes.

We offer floral arrangements, fruit baskets, specialty cakes, chocolate-covered strawberries, cheese and fruit platters, coffee or wine baskets—all with customized gift tags.

Certified instructors from the Englewood YMCA offer classes like Aqua Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, Chair Fitness, and Balance & Stretch. Private sessions are also available.

• Entertainment

• Redbeard the Pirate: Enjoy crafts, story time, and performances with our beloved "Island Pirate" on select Friday nights.
• Live Music**: Held in-season at Coconuts Café on Friday nights.
• Events: Spring Carnival, Fall Festival, Book Club, Golf Cart Parade, Tree Lighting, Easter Egg Hunt, Beach Games, Scavenger Hunts, Green Initiatives, and more.
• Other Amenities: Tennis pro, massage therapy, fishing charters, church services, and monthly calendars for all resort activities.

Small packages are delivered to Guest Services; large ones go directly to homeowners. Contact Concierge for inquiries.

 

• Beach Chairs

Complimentary lounge chairs are available to all guests. During Turtle Season (May 1 – October 31), our team ensures proper placement and retrieval into beach corrals daily.
