Resort Services Program

 Palm  Island  Resort  offers  the  property  owners  within  the  Resort  community  through  the  membership  in the  RESORT  SERVICE  PROGRAM,  a  number  of  additional  benefits  and  services  which  are  otherwise  not available.    Membership  in  this  program  is  voluntary  and  the  associated  annual  fee  is  not  intended  to represent  the total  cost  of these benefits and  services. The  costs  of these additional benefits  and  services are,  for  the  most  part,  paid  for  by  the  successful  operation  of  the  Resort  Rental  Program. Membership  in the  Palm Island  Resort  Services  Program  provides  a  privilege  to  use the  Resort  Amenities and  Facilities  which  are  owned  and  managed  by  Island  Harbor  Beach  Club,  LLC.  A  membership  is  not  an investment  in  the  Program,  nor  does  it  provide  an  equity  or  ownership  interest  in  the  facilities  used through  membership  in  the  Program.
