Our Communities
We’re a little something for everyone. Palm Island Resort comprises 10 associations ranging in size from as few as 8 members to one that is 96 which range in types of residences from condominiums, duplex cottages, duplex homes, duplex land cooperatives, single family homes to quarter-share fractional units. Such diversity in the choices in paradise also leads to diversity amongst the property owners within our community.
