Island Harbor Resort Management, Inc.: The Firm

Taking An Independent Approach With Each Association
Providing A Partnership In Managing Communities, Together

Your Board of Directors are responsible to manage your community and maintain its assets. The Association Management of Island Harbor Resort Management Inc., is primarily responsible to the President of the Association. At times, the President may empower another Board member or Committee Chair to take charge of a certain project and upon being notified by the President we will work with the assignee to get the job done.

Should a Board wish to seek an option for Association Management to expand its function and role, we certainly will consider being more engaged should it make the most sense to your individual community’s management needs. Let us help. Island Harbor Resort Management, Inc. (IHRM) has been conducting its business in this manner for over 30 Years. Whether it’s assessing property conditions, negotiating service agreements, or hiring on-site personnel, our property management services bring a powerful combination of operational expertise, CAM expertise and a solid financial reporting module with the talents of our Finance/Accounting Department. We bring a powerful breadth of resources that will benefit any community, regardless of size, location or type of community. And we do so with the pride in our execution to service your needs with a personal touch.

A sample of our base Agreement is included. If your Association would like to consider an expanded Agreement, IHRM, Inc., will need a detailed scope of authority and responsibility identified by your Board of Directors. Under the base Agreement, members of the Association are encouraged to engage with their Board of Directors and Officers so that our Community Association Manager may stay focused on their support to the President and in being a facilitator of communication so that all members may be better informed.
