Olaf Leante serves as the Community Association Manager for Palm Island Resort, bringing a wealth of expertise from his background in luxury property management. With extensive experience in multi-family housing and private communities, he honed his skills at The Ritz-Carlton Residences on Lido Key, where he was instrumental in delivering exceptional lifestyle experiences for residents.
Olaf’s capabilities extend beyond day-to-day operations. He is deeply committed to cultivating a premier yet laid-back residential atmosphere, strengthening community association engagement, safeguarding homeowners' interests, and preserving the island’s unique sense of privacy and exclusivity.

Robert Brown
Palm Island Resort General Manager

Robert brings over 30 years of experience in club and resort management. A Certified Club Manager (CCM) and active member of the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA), he has a proven track record in developing and implementing operational budgets, overseeing all resort departments, and excelling in managing homeowner-controlled communities. A Certified Community Association Manager (CAM) Robert is always available to assist and contribute to all of the associations needs when needed.
Notably, Robert contributed to the operations at Augusta National Golf Club during the 2002 Masters Tournament. Additionally, while working with WCI Communities, one of the properties he managed was honored with the 2009 WCI Communities Amenities of the Year award, recognizing it as the best-managed club in the company.
As a visible leader who is deeply committed to both ownership and his team, Robert is dedicated to being a valuable asset to Palm Island Resort. He takes great pride in serving his staff and customers while fostering relationships that will ensure the resort’s continued success for years to come.

Throughout Rick’s professional career, he has sought after opportunities where he may continue making meaningful contributions through the use of his talents and skill sets from experience in hotel/resort/facility management and his real estate brokerage. He thrives on interacting with a dedicated team of others with the objective to enhance not only the company, but the lives of those that he leads and mentors with a positive influence to the community in which we all work and reside.
Skill sets include the ability to be analytical while balancing assumptions and facts. He is experienced in developing operational strategies through research and listening. His decision making is to enhance synergy within a group or committee while prioritizing between times for leadership and when to provide support to others.
Community contributions include being the Executive Director of The Civic Association of Palm Island, a participant on the Steering Committee of Knight, Don Pedro & Palm Island Roads & Bridges, member of Charlotte County Tourism Development Council, Warren Loranger YMCA Englewood Tropical Nights, Charlotte County Beaches & Shores and on the committee for Charlotte County’s 1% Optional Sales Tax Committee and the Knight, Don Pedro & Palm Island Fire Protection Committee.
He is a graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cornell University, has worked in cities from San Francisco, Chicago, Fort Worth and Washington DC, and worked in resorts from Lanai’, Hawaii, Nantucket, Montana, the Caribbean and United Kingdom. He and his wife, Jonmi, presently reside in Rotonda Heights with one very cute mini golden-doodle, Kiki.

Tierra brings over 15 years of experience in Office Administration & Management, with a background that spans Legal, Construction, and Government Services.
Throughout my career, I have successfully managed offices, led teams, and conducted employee training sessions statewide. I thrive in fast-paced environments where organization, communication, and problem-solving are key. I bring a dependable, solutions-focused approach to every role.
I am passionate about making things work better—for the organization, the team, and the individuals involved. My goal is always to support meaningful progress behind the scenes, with professionalism and heart.
Outside of work, I am a proud mom to four amazing kids who fill my life with love, laughter, and endless adventure. Our favorite moments are spent camping, hiking, enjoying the beach, cooking together, and creating lasting memories as a family.
Kathryn Clifford

Kathryn began her career in accounting and business in the medical field ranging from medical office management in cardiology and urgent care offices. She went on to be the CFO of a long-term care facility with assisted memory care and rehabilitative services. Kathryn also spent time working in the distribution of medical supplies and working with government contract fulfillment.
Kathryn’s most recent experience and been in manufacturing. She spent a significant amount of time with the industrial manufacturing of various water treatment equipment, ranging from small enough to fit under a kitchen sink to equipment being placed on U.S. Naval ships. Additionally, she has experience in the manufacturing of a variety of health and wellness products.
Kathryn obtained her Bachelor of Arts and a dual Masters Degree at Saint Leo University. Kathryn and her husband Todd reside in Englewood where they are on the lookout for their next muscle car restoration project. They recently completed a complete restoration of a 1963 Dodge Polara.
